Susan is an experienced nail technician with nearly 20 years in the nail industry. Over her career, she has mastered a wide range of nail techniques, from classic manicures and pedicure to intricate nail art and extensions. Her dedication to providing top-tier service ensures that every clients leaves feeling not only satisfied but also rejuvenated.
Our Policy
APPOINTMENTS.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Please give us at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
LATE ARRIVALS.
If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. Otherwise, if you do arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to refuse partial or full service.
HEALTH AND SAFETY.
Coughs and colds are unavoidable but please let us know if you are suffering from anything else potentially contagious before your appointment. Staffs can not work if they are sick and therefore do not earn.
If you having gel toe or pedicure, please let us know if you suffer from diabetes or have warts, fungal infection or athlete foot prior to your pedicure section so we can if it is safe to go ahead with our pedicure procedure.
REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave salon. We will do our best to address your concerns. Please note that refunds will not be provided for completed services.
WARRANTY POLICY.
We have a seven days service warranty policy. We will cover you for any problems with no charge within seven days.
Any issue that occurs past the seven day time frame, a fee will incur if you would like to get it fixed.
GIFT CARD.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please present your physical gift card to use.
